This was reflected in the 2025 Saudi Automobile & Motorcycle Federation Awards Ceremony, held at Golf Club with 600 guests, celebrating the achievements and events of the season.

We were pleased to serve as a partner to the Saudi Automobile & Motorcycle Federation in delivering the ceremony. Our scope extended from concept development, design and visual identity to production, technical setup, on-site management and hospitality, brought together through a vision shaped around the character and significance of the occasion.

Every detail was carefully brought together through a balance of design, execution and guest experience, creating an evening defined by visual presence, precision and quality. An awards ceremony does more than document achievement; it gives achievement a moment, a moment to pause, recognise those who made a difference and place their accomplishments at the centre of the experience.
With that in mind, every element was designed to serve the moment, from the overall setting to lighting, sound and guest movement. The details became part of one celebration narrative, extending beyond their practical purpose to shape how the occasion was experienced and remembered.
