King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation Horse Awards
An equestrian celebration that balanced the intimacy of recognition with an audience of around 7,000.
The King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation for Horses Award celebrates the heritage and significance of horses, giving achievement within the equestrian world a moment to be recognised and honoured. Held at the Equestrian Club and attended by HRH Prince Mutaib bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and approximately 7,000 guests, the occasion brought together the value of the award with the distinctive character of the world it represents.

More than
a moment.
We served as a partner to the King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation in bringing the concept to life across every layer of the experience — from concept development, design and visual identity to booth build, production, event management, technical setup, on-site management and hospitality. The challenge was not simply to bring these elements together, but to ensure they complemented the occasion without taking away from its true focus: the celebration of horses and achievement.

Every detail,
with purpose.
When an occasion is rooted in a heritage as enduring as equestrianism, design becomes more than an image, a venue becomes more than a space, and organisation becomes more than logistics. Every element has the ability to add to the meaning of the occasion. Our approach was therefore to create an environment where these elements worked together to translate the significance of the award into an experience, from the first arrival to the moments of recognition.
With an audience of nearly 7,000, the experience also needed to balance the intimacy of the occasion with the scale of its audience, ensuring that its defining moments remained at the heart of the event. For us, this is where experience-making becomes more than execution: understanding what needs to be seen, what needs to happen behind the scenes, and how every element can remain true to the purpose it was created to serve.
