A series of live music evenings beneath the Riyadh sky, shaped around KAFD X and its urban setting.
“KAFD Nights Under the Stars” ran from 31 December 2024 to 1 February 2025, bringing a series of live music evenings to KAFD X, where music came together with KAFD’s distinctive urban setting beneath the Riyadh sky. Featuring a diverse line-up of renowned artists, each evening offered audiences a different experience while remaining part of one continuous series.
More than
a moment.
We were proud to be a success partner to KAFD in managing and delivering the series, featuring artists including Abdul Majeed Abdullah, Fouad Abdulwahed, Aseel Hameem, Omaima Taleb, and Fahad Al Kubaisi. Our role covered the different aspects of the experience, from event preparation and operations to on-site management and audience flow, ensuring consistency across a series that continued for several weeks.
Every detail,
with purpose.
With different artists and distinct evenings, the challenge was to maintain a shared identity across the series while allowing each night to retain its own character. We built an operational approach that maintained a consistent standard from one evening to the next, while allowing KAFD X and its architecture to become part of the experience itself — creating a setting where the destination and the music came together naturally.
