Balady Winter was designed as a seasonal experience that brought together the atmosphere of winter, hospitality, entertainment, and social connection, creating a space where employees could gather, unwind, and enjoy an experience away from their usual work routine.

We were proud to be a success partner to NHCI in developing and delivering “Balady Winter”. Our role covered the project across its different stages, from planning, concept development, scheduling, and budget management to shaping the overall setting and guest journey, preparing the venue and visual identity, and managing production, technical setup, hospitality, interactive activities, and entertainment.

The aim was to create more than a winter-themed setting, but an experience that carried the spirit of the season throughout the guest journey. From the arrival and hospitality areas to seating, activities, visual elements, and entertainment, we brought the different components together to create a welcoming space where employees could connect, engage, and enjoy a memorable occasion.
