Eid celebrations rooted in AlUla’s heritage, with cultural programmes and guest experiences across the venues.
We were proud to be a success partner to the Royal Commission for AlUla in delivering the Eid Al-Adha celebrations in AlUla, transforming the occasion into an experience that brought together the destination’s cultural character with the needs of a contemporary event. The celebrations featured a range of cultural and entertainment experiences inspired by AlUla’s heritage and rich history.

More than
a moment.
We managed the project across its different stages, from programme planning, site preparation, and coordination of artistic performances to logistics, hospitality, guest reception, and overseeing safety and protocol requirements. Each element was carefully managed to ensure the readiness of the venues and a cohesive experience throughout the celebrations.

Every detail,
with purpose.
In AlUla, the destination itself is an essential part of the experience. Its landscape, heritage, and cultural identity naturally shape how an event is experienced. With this in mind, we ensured that the execution remained true to the character of AlUla while presenting its heritage through a contemporary lens, making the celebrations feel like a natural extension of the destination rather than simply an event taking place within it.
